Mansureh Khatam MSW, RSW
If you've reached a point in your life where you recognize the need to heal from past wounds, navigate grief, manage daily stress, or overcome personal or relational/marital challenges, I’m here to help. Depression, anxiety, and unresolved trauma, PTSD symptomes can hold you back, but therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s not working in your life. Together, we can clarify your goals, rebuild self-compassion, reconnect with yourself and others, and develop strategies to cope with life’s challenges. With the right support, healing is not only possible—it’s within reach. You don’t have to go through this alone.

I have a master degree on clinical social work from University of Toronto. I’m a registered social worker and member of (OCSWSSW), with 20 plus years of experience. I offer both brief therapy, and depth-oriented work, or single session consultation to induvial, couples & families. I bring to my work a non-judgmental, warm, and interactive style, which helps promote desired change. I provide trauma-informed therapy, blending many approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.

I also have extensive experience working with postpartum depression and anxiety. Traumatic birth, unresolved childhood trauma, or unrealistic expectations can contribute to new moms’ struggles.
